Help Dark Peak Music Foundation in our appeal to raise the money for a high quality grand piano for the Victoria Hall.

The Victoria Hall is one of Glossop’s great community spaces - an iconic building where music, arts and people have come together since it was opened in 1888.

A grand piano

With your support, we’re hoping to take the next big step. The Dark Peak Music Foundation is leading a campaign to raise funds to invest in a first-class concert grand piano for the Hall.

This will open the door to chamber concerts, recitals, jazz events, workshops and a host of musical activities for everyone - from professional musicians and students to community groups and local performers.

A Lasting Asset

The piano will be a shared resource for the whole community, available free of charge to suitable organizations, such as the Glossop Music Festival.

Every gift, large or small, brings us a step closer to creating a lasting legacy for music and culture in Glossop …..something we can all enjoy for years to come.

Sponsors

Anyone donating £200 or more will be given the option to have their name proudly displayed on a brass plaque in the Victoria Hall; a permanent recognition of their generous sponsorship of music in this town.

We are very grateful to all who have contributed and especially the donors who have contributed £200 or more and wish to be included on the plaque:
